1: Find the PrimoWater Return Center, which is typically placed outside the store or along the interior front wall.

2: Open the padlock box and install the padlock on the Return Center door.

3: There’s a key inside the padlock box. Give it to the Customer Service desk or a manager and let them know they are to keep the key for PrimoWater reps.

4. Complete your Verification Form in FastField mobile app (Apple or Android). Your username and password can be found in Field Nation under the Buyer’s Custom Fields.
